We take payments in the form of cash, check, debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), and Venmo. Payment is requested at the completion of each service.
We request appointment cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in $45 cancellation fee.
Prior to each appointment, we speak with customers to provide overview of service being offered. We then seek to understand focus areas within home and any unique requests. After service is complete, we do a complimentary walkthrough with home owner and address any concerns at the time of walkthrough, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction every time.
